We absolutely loved the home! It was perfect for our family of 8! The bedrooms were so comfy, and we slept so well! Loved the 5 bathrooms, too. The game room kept the kids busy when they weren't enjoying your beautiful pool. We even enjoyed your towels! The kitchen was perfect for us since we eat in on vacation. Had everything we needed for cooking meals. The locations was also wonderful. We drove to Disney everyday for the fastpitch world series, and thought the drive was a breeze! We would highly recommend your home for other families traveling to the Disney area. The drive was simple. Also wanted to comment on the clubhouse & community pool ~ It was beautiful, and my kids loved the water slide and 0-entry LARGE pool, as well as ping-pong & game room. My 3 year old also loved all of the different playgrounds in the resort. Thanks so much for helping make our vacation extra-enjoyable! Our family stayed in April 2008, we were so impressed we rented the house for next year for friends and his 6 bedroom for us. We rented a 4 bedroom for them last year from another property owner and it was disappointing. Even though they only need 4 bedrooms we chose to rent them Bobs. The layout was very comfortable we were traveling with 2 teenagers and twin 6 yr olds.It was great to have the master and the younger kids on the first floor and the teenagers upstairs. This enabled them to sleep in as teenagers do. The decorating and furnishings were exquiste with ample supply of crisp clean towels. In addition, the house was spotless. The pool was a big plus. The kitchen/family room/ porch was very condusive to entertaining. The kitchen was fully equipped for even an enthusiastic cook. The kids loved the arcade at the main clubhouse we never had time for the movie theatre. Perfect location both with regard to Disney and the resort. We actually brought our kids Razor scooters. Early evening we would sit on the bench in the small park across with a glass of wine and the kids would just scooter up and around the street. Our family felt very secure at Windsor Hills. The teenagers would walk down to the clubhouse. My husband's nickname is Mr. Security because he so security minded, and he was perfectly comfortable with the area. The photo's don't capture the beautiful light and airyness of this beautiful residence. Bob is an exceptional property owner. He and his wife truly care that you have a wonderful vacation experience. First off the pictures do not show or justify how impeccable this house is; from decor to comfort. Above and beyond any 5 star Hotel !! My Family and I returned home from our Nov. '08 Vacation to Orlando. And we miss this house already. If you are going to be visiting Walt Disney World then this is the perfect house for you. Magic Kingdom / Epcot 12 minutes away Hollywood Studios / Animal Kingdom 8 minutes away Close to hop back and forth Orlando Int Airport 20 - 25 minutes away Route 192 less than a mile away you will find shopping, restaurants, ( all types ) Grocery, etc. Make sure you extend your vacation beyond park hopping and enjoy this house and pool !!

There wasn't one thing we required that you didn't supply. This was my sister's very first family vacation and your house was more than we could have hoped for..... now she's spoiled.

This property exceeded my expectations! The furnishings were incredible and the house was immaculate. The family loved the private outdoor pool and spa. After a long day at the parks we were happy to return to such a wonderful house. We ate every meal on the lanai and made full use of the BBQ. Bob the owner was wonderful to deal with, answering every question I had. My family looks forward to renting one his Windsor Hill properties again.

John P. This Villa was ideal for our July vacation. It is right across the road from New Smyrna Beach. The Villa accommodations is fantastic the furnishings through out was top of the line. Each bedroom had wonderful beds and the linens were outstanding.
We loved to be able to cook in the kitchen that had every type of dish, utensil or cookware you would need. The area is very nice and convenient to everything.

We just wanted to send you a message letting you know how much we enjoyed your house. We thought the home was

very beautiful inside and out. The high chair and baby bed were a nice extra that came in handy. We also loved the beds

and the home interior was decorated really lovely. The beach area was nice and not too crowded and your lawn chairs

were appreciated. We got to see lots of dolphins and no sharks luckily!! All and all we really thought your home was just awesome and really enjoyed staying there and wll definately recommend it to our friends and may stay there again if we get the chance. We tried to clean really well before leaving . Hope you will be happy with the job we did. So thank you again for all you did to make our vacation a great experience for the whole family.
