Fall - Sept 7, 2007 - Nov 3, 2007: $1,750/week
Peak - Nov 4, 2007 - May 3, 2008: $2,000/week

Notes: Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Race Weeks and Bike Weeks are $3,000.00 per week

$500.00 Off Select Weeks With A Paid In full Reservation. Email your dates to check availability. Once your dates have been confirmed you will be notified by email and we will place your dates on a two day hold.  You will be emailed a rental contract to sign. You then need to send it by US Mail Next Day Delivery, Fed Ex or Ups.  You need to send a copy of your driver's license and a list of all of the people that will be staying in the home with you. Once we receive your payment you will receive by email a confirmation.  A $300.00 security deposit is required.  After you check out if everything is in in order and nothing damaged and nothing missing you will have your deposit returned within 14 days. This is a non smoking and non pet property. If anyone has smoked or had pets in the home you will forfeit your deposit. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Cashier's Checks and Money Orders.
