Thanks for your interest in our vacation home. My name is Bob Lavender Jr. and I personally own and manage all three of my vacation homes. I have lived in the Orlando area for over 27 years which is great because in the event of a mechanical emergency I will be available. You do not have to track down a management comapny who has to track down and out of state or out of the country owner for permission to get something repaired. All you have to do is to call me.
Our home is located in "The Reserve Section" of Windsor Hills a beautiful gated resort community only two miles from Walt Disney World. The Reserve Section is the premier section of Windsor Hills. The homes in The Reserve all have many upgrades including granite gourmet kitchens wiht upgraded cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and upgraded floors throughout. Our home has six bedrooms and four baths We also have a game room with a regulation size pool table and a foos ball table in it. It has a beautiful screened lanai with a heated pool and spa. Four of the bedrooms have king beds in them and the other two each have two twins beds in them. There is one bedroom with a king bed in it and one bath on the first floor. There are five bedroom and three baths on the second floor. We have a high chair and crib, the family room as well as all of the bedrooms have flat screen tv's with cable. We also have wireless internet. The resort in which the home is located is a 24 hour guard gated resort which does not allow the general public to enter without advance permission or reservations.
We are having a Limited Time Special For Select Weeks in 2012 and 1013 Except Holiday Weeks For $1,199 With A Paid In Full Reservation.
The price would be as follows:

$1,637.31 Total Amount Due For One Week Stay
If you would like the pool/spa heated the cost is $35.76 per day.
Email me the dates you are interested in and if the dates are still available I will email you a completed contract for you to print, sign and email or fax back with payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover. Once we receive it we will process your reservation and email you a signed copy.
30 days before your arrival you will need to send a $400.00 certified check or money order for a refundable security and damage deposit which will be refunded to you within 14 days after you check out provided everything checks out and nothing is missing, nothing is damaged, no one has smoked in the home, no pets have been in the home and you have checked out no later than 10:00 am. THIS IS A NON SMOKING PROPERTY. WE DO NOT ACCEPT PETS.
Before your arrival you will be emailed directions to the home, the codes for the door and alarm and all the information you will need to check in.
