Thanks for your interest in our vacation home. My name is Bob Lavender and I personally own and manage all three of my vacation homes. I also have lived in the Orlando area for over 27 years which is great because in the event of a mechanical emergency I will be available. You do not have to track down a management company who has to track down and out of state or out of the country owner for permission to get something repaired. All you have to do is to call me. Our home is in the newest and most expensive section of Windsor Hills called "The Reserve". The homes in The Reserve are much more expensive and all have clay tile roofs with many upgrades including, premium kitchens including granite and stainless appliances. We also paid a premium for our lot to be across the street from A LARGE BEAUTIFUL PARK. The are no houses across the street from our's just the park. The park is in a large circle ( about 2-3 acres) with sidewalks surrounding it and houses all around it giving you the feeling of a little home town. It is fantastic. Our home has five bedrooms and five baths. Two of the baths have walk in showers and the other three have tub and shower combinations. Three of the bedrooms have king beds, one has two twin beds and the last one has bunk beds that have a full bed on the bottom and a twin on the top.
Windsor Hills Resort is a fantastic gated resort only two miles from Walt Disney World and offers a large array of amenities that are available to all who rent our home at no extra charge. The amenities include a large resort style pool with a beach like entrance, water slide, spa, game room with pool tables, ping pong, video arcade, movie theater, tennis courts and convenience store numerous parks scattered throughout.
We are also an affiliate of Travel O City which enables you to book your air reservations and car rentals on our website. They offer very competitive prices. Be sure to check their current specials.
At this time we are having a Limited Time Special For Select Weeks In 2012 and 2013 Except Holiday Weeks For $1,099.00 With A Paid In Full Reservation.

If you would like the poo/spa heated the cost is $35.72 per day.
If you want these dates you need to email me ASAP and let me know. At that time if the dates are still available I will email you a completed contract for you to print, sign and email or fax back with payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover.
Once I receive it and sign it I will send you a copy.
A $400.00 refundable security deposit is required in a separate certified check or money order 30 days before arrival. This will be refunded to you within 14 days after you check out provided everything checks out nothing is missing, nothing is damaged, no one has smoked in the home, no pets have been in the home and you have checked out no later than 10:00 am. THIS IS A NON SMOKING PROPERTY. WE DO NOT ACCEPT PETS.
Before arrival you will be emailed directions to the home, the alarm code, the code on the lock box on the home that will have the keys in it and all the information you will need to check in. Since this is a 24 hour guard gated resort community your name will be given to the guard house to allow you access to the home.

Email us with the dates you are interested in. At that time if the dates are still available we will email you a completed contract for you to print, sign and email or fax back with payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover.
Once we receive it we will process your reservation and email you a signed copy.
30 days before your arrival you will need to send a $400.00 certified check or money order for a refundable security and damage deposit which will be refunded to you within 14 days after you check out provided everything checks out and nothing is missing, nothing is damaged, no one has smoked in the home, no pets have been in the home and you have checked out no later than 10:00 am. THIS IS A NON SMOKING PROPERTY. WE DO NOT ACCEPT PETS.
After we receive your security deposit you will be emailed directions to the home, along with the check in procedures including the codes for the door and alarm.
